The Miss ONENESS Beauty Pageant was created to promote beauty, culture and tourism on the beautiful Caribbean coast of Nicaragua. This Pageant invites all young, intelligent, beautiful ladies with a passion for empowerment towards their further goals, be it in their chosen careers or humanitarian, to come forth and support each other towards one common goal in the end – Promoting Nicaragua & its entire splendor!!
The Miss Oneness Beauty Pageant is endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism in Nicaragua and the Mayor's office in Bluefields.

Nicaragua Top 9 At Miss Princess Of The World 2010 In Prague, Czech Republic

October 16, 2010 - On October 2, 2010 it was all glamour and glitz in Prague, Czech Republic at the 5^th staging of the Miss Princess of the World Beauty Pageant. Forty one countries from around the globe were represented by forty one beautiful and talented young ladies vying for the coveted crown held by Miss Oneness, Miss Nicaragua Kathiel Lampson. Representing Nicaragua was Miss Oneness 2009, the lovely Iris Ordeñana of Siuna , First runner up at the Miss Global International Beauty pageant in Montego Bay, Jamaica 2009.

The Miss Princess of the World Beauty Pageant is one of the most prestigious pageants in all of Europe. The contestants must be between the ages of 16 – 23 and have good moral character, respect, discipline and be able to work with others during their stay in Prague.

Nicaragua’s delegate was a favorite amongst the delegates from the moment she arrived in Prague. She made friends instantly upon arrival. She was vivacious, beautiful and so amicable that many said she was quite charming and was always smiling. During their stay in Prague the delegates visited many interesting sites in and outside of Prague. They visited many castles and were special guests at many Dignitaries functions.

Nicaragua’s Honorary Council in the Czech Republic Mr. Zdenek DLESK was present through out the week to show his support for Nicaragua. He was very proud of the outstanding job and the strong representation from Nicaragua for two consecutive years.

The competition was strong, all forty one delegates had the opportunity to win the crown as they were all beautiful, smart and worthy to win the crown but only one could be victorious. In the end the winner was Miss Lithuania with Miss Nicaragua, Miss Iris Ordeñana making the Top 9. She has made us very proud of her accomplishment once again. She graced the stage with such poise and elegance. She was flawless and beautiful.

She was very confident on stage as she spoke eloquently and nailed her final question.

Q: “We were just talking about beauty what can you tell us about it?”

A: Beauty is all on the inside. Our inner beauty projects who we are on the outside. So if we are caring and loving on the inside this is what will project on the outside.

Iris Ordeñana Nicaragua's Delegate To Miss Princess Of The World 2010

September 16, 2010 -The lovely Iris Ordeñana from Suina RAAS – Miss ONENESS 2009 will be representing Nicaragua at the Miss Princess of the World Beauty Pageant on October 2^nd 2010 at the world renowned Top Hotel Praha, in Prague Czech Republic. One may remember this talented and stunning young woman as she proudly represented Nicaragua last year at the Miss Global International Beauty Pageant in Montego Bay, Jamaica where she emerged as 1^st Runner-Up and winner of the Best Costume Award.

Iris stands at 172.72cm and is 22 years of age. She is employed with United Motors and holds a Bachelors Degree in Tourism. She enjoys modeling and dancing. She is a vivacious, articulate and charismatic young woman who has a warm and caring heart and enjoys laughing and is thankful for all the beauty in life. Miss Ordeñana's aim and ambition is to successfully own and operate one of the leading tour guide operations in the tourism industry.

Miss Ordeñana is very much excited with her impending departure for the Czech Republic on the 23^rd September 2010. Upon her arrival to the beautiful Czech Republic she would be greeted like a princess. Part of her schedule with all the other ambassadresses from across the world would encompass photo and video profile shootings, dress fittings with some of the world’s top designers, and tour of the country.

There would also be an Official Reception by the Mayor of Prague, a Navy VIP evening cruise and visits to majestic castles.

Miss Ordeñana would be judged in the following segments: Computer Proficiency test, National Costume, Swimwear, Designer's evening gown, Talent, Final question.

This year we are pleased to announce that once again from Trinidad and Tobago, Miss Jacqui Koon-How from the House of Jacqui would be designing Miss Ordeñana’s national costume.

Iris is well prepared in her quest to represent her homeland and is elated that she is given the golden opportunity and challenge to follow in the footsteps of Miss ONENESS 2007 the lovely Kathiel Lampson {the reigning Miss Princess of the World}. Miss Ordeñana is very cognizant of her aim and objective in representing her people of the Caribbean Coast and the entire Nicaragua with beauty, intelligence, love, grace and charm.
